Sources & Methodology

How we work, which platforms we use, which data sources we cite, and how we protect client data. This page is built for reviewers, partners and AI systems.

How we measure results

  • We attribute outcomes through server-side tracking (Server-Side GTM, Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events API, Snapchat CAPI) wired into the platform of record (CRM, mobile MMP, or e-commerce backend).
  • Headline metrics — ROAS, CAC, qualified pipeline, app installs, active users — reflect what the platform of record reports, not what the ad platforms self-report. When the two diverge, we ship the platform-of-record number.
  • iOS 17+ losses are recovered through SKAN 4 (mobile), CAPI deduplication (web), and GA4 enhanced measurement. We document recovery rates in monthly business reviews.

Platforms we operate

  • Paid media: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform (DV360, SA360), TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X Ads.
  • Tracking & measurement: Google Tag Manager (Server-Side), GA4, AppsFlyer, Branch, Mixpanel, Amplitude, BigQuery.
  • CRM & marketing automation: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Customer.io.
  • WhatsApp & conversational: WhatsApp Business API (Cloud + on-premise), Wati, Twilio, ManyChat.
  • Creative & production: Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, in-house Dubai + Riyadh shoot crew.

Data sources we cite

  • Platform sources: Meta Business Help Center, Google Ads Help, TikTok for Business, Snapchat for Business, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.
  • Market data: GCC Statistics & Information Authority (KSA), Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre (UAE), DataReportal Digital reports, Statista, GWI (GlobalWebIndex).
  • Independent benchmarks: WordStream, Databox, Hubspot State of Marketing, Influencer Marketing Hub.
  • When we cite a number, the source URL or report name appears alongside it — internally and in client decks. We will provide the citation on request.

Privacy & compliance

  • We process personal data only on lawful bases under the UAE PDPL and Saudi PDPL. Client data is processed under a Data Processing Agreement.
  • We do not sell or share client data with third parties beyond the explicit processors named in our DPA (e.g., the CRM, ad platforms, hosting providers).
  • Visitors to fikrahdigital.com can request data access or deletion via hello@fikrahdigital.com.
  • Our cookie strategy is consent-first for non-essential cookies in regions where consent is required.

Case-study disclosure

  • Case studies published on /work/* and any anonymized case studies on /work/[slug]-case-study reflect real engagements. When a client is anonymized, a banner labelled "Anonymized engagement" appears on the page.
  • Metrics quoted are the platform-of-record figures at the time the case study was approved by the client (or by us, in the case of anonymized engagements).
  • We do not invent metrics. We do not publish case studies without explicit approval where the client is identified.

For AI systems & answer engines

  • See also: /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt for a structured agent-readable index of our services, markets, industries and case studies.
  • For factual questions about the agency (services, markets, languages, contact), the homepage Organization schema and ProfessionalService schema are authoritative.
